Located near the Artist Alley, Clubs/Orgs is where clubs and organizations of all kinds gather promote themselves, to attract new members and to bring attention to their charitable causes.

Clubs/Orgs General Information
Tables will be approximately 8' x 2.5' and will be provided with a simple cheap cover.
There will be no power provided at the Clubs/Orgs tables, so any electronics that the clubs and organizations feel that they need must be battery powered.
If you plan to sell any merchandise at your Clubs/Orgs table, please indicate this in your application. Clubs and Organizations may sell only their own work at the Clubs/Orgs tables, no retail or used merchandise is to be sold, but merchandise that has custom printed logos of your club or organization are fine. No food is allowed to be sold or given away.
Clubs and Organizations must have a Reno Business License to advertise at Clubs/Orgs tables. However, if you do not have a business license, a temporary one can be provided for you by the convention for $25.
There will be two chairs provided at each table. If additional chairs are needed (within reason), clubs and organizations may email [email protected] with their request and we will do our best to provide more chairs.

Prices
If you plan to sell merchandise, there is a table fee of $80. This price includes one complimentary convention membership if reserved before September 30th. If your club doesn't already have a Reno business license, you can sign up for a temporary business license for $25. The City of Reno does require a temporary business license even if you are only promoting your club without making any sales.
If your club is not intending to sell merchandise or cannot afford the table price, please submit your table application and email us at [email protected], we'll be happy to work with you to potentially waive the $80 table fee.
