Vendor's Room

Pricing and General Information

Vendors room is currently closed. We will be opening it very soon! (last updated on 5/18/2013)

Space is divided up into 9' x 9' blocks for $160.00. There are four Premium spaces available at the entrance for $210 each. The booth price includes two complimentary registrations to the convention, and 3.5 x 2 inches in ad-space in our con-book. You may provide an ad or we will use your basic information with your logo in the space provided.

Upon request, one table per reserved booth space may be provided at no additional charge. Additional tables will be $20 each. Each table provided will be provided with two (2) chairs.

Upon request, basic power can be provided at no additional charge.

You must have a City of Reno Business License to sell or advertise at SNAFU Con. Vendors without a valid City of Reno Business License will be provided one by SCIENCE, LLC, through our agreement with the city. Provided license is good only at the convention for the duration of the convention.

Spaces are assigned on a first-paid, first-served basis.
