Hotel registration is now open for SNAFU Con 2023! There are lots of great reasons to get a room even if you're a local – you can handle cosplay emergencies, take a shower, store your stuff, and maybe even sleep. You'll also get one free upgrade to a VIP badge for each night of your stay.

Room prices range from $174 to $184 for Friday and Saturday nights and from $74 to $84 otherwise. Book before October 14 to be able to claim a VIP badge. Book before November 2 to lock in these discounted rates!

VIPs receive special considerations at the convention including priority seating at large events like the masquerade, priority placement in long lines like those at registration or the rave, access to special VIP-only events, free con swag, and discounts at the con store.

The best way to become a VIP is to register for a hotel room with our venue. You'll automatically receive one free VIP upgrade per night of your stay if you register online. Your hotel reservation must be in our group in order to receive your VIP upgrades. Unfortunately this year we will not be able to move rooms into our block; only rooms booked online though the link above will be eligible for VIP status. If you book via phone, ask them to put your reservation in the SNAFU Con 2023 room block!

You can pass your VIP upgrades on to someone else if you won't be attending or if you have more than you need. To do so email us at [email protected]. Make sure to do so as soon as possible; we cannot reallocate VIP upgrades at con.

If you don't want a hotel room but you do want to be a VIP you will be able to purchase a VIP upgrade for the price of the hotel's most expensive room-night. You will automatically be billed for any upgrades you apply to the badges in your group beyond those you are entitled to from hotel rooms.
